Redmi India took to Twitter to announce the launch of Redmi smart band. The company will launch the fitness tracker on September 8. Redmi India tweeted, “Be a WINNER in everything you do! Trophy Right pointing backhand index #RedmiSmartBand is launching on 8th September.”

The tweet hints that the fitness tracker will support various sports modes and will come with a heart rate sensor. Also, the smart band will offer a good battery backup. Other than this, no other information about the smart band is available right now.
Recently, Redmi launched its entry level smartphone — Redmi 9A and its wired earphones — Redmi Earphones in India. The smartphone comes with a starting price tag of Rs 6,999 and the smartphone will go on sale on Amazon India and Mi.com on September 4. The device is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G25 processor paired with 2GB/3GB of RAM.
The smartphone runs Android 10 and it features a 6.53-inch HD+ display with 720×1600 pixel resolution. The smartphone sports a single-lens 13MP rear camera with f/2.2 lens. The front is home to a 5MP selfie shooter with f/2.2 aperture. The device is backed by a 5000mAh battery with 10W fast charging support.
On the other hand, the wired earphones from Redmi comes with a price tag of Rs 399. The Redmi earphones will go on sale on September 7. The customers can purchase the earphones from Amazon, Flipkart, Mi.com and all the authorised retail stores in the country.
